Betoraurau Good Samaritans Inc. (ABN64340899045) is a Melbourne-based, not-for-profit incorporated society dedicated to uniting the Betoraurau Diaspora across Australia. Our mission is built on the spirit of Solevu—coming together for a common purpose—to serve and enrich the Australian communities we call home.

Rooted in our Fijian heritage, we believe that our identity is our greatest gift to our new home. We focus our efforts on the states of Victoria, New South Wales, and Western Australia, bridging the distance between our ancestral roots and our current lives through meaningful service and cultural preservation.

What We Do

• Giving Back to Australia: We lead community-focused initiatives, including feeding programs and outreach projects, to support those in need within our local Australian neighborhoods.
• Cultural Legacy: We are committed to ensuring our children and the wider community understand the depth of our origins. We host Fijian language and cultural classes to keep the vosa Vakaviti and our traditional customs alive for future generations.
• Diaspora Unity: We provide a platform for the Betoraurau community in Australia to connect, support one another, and collaborate on projects that create a lasting social impact.
